REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from Blavus LLC.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The item must be in the same condition as when you received it and free from any damage.

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please note that credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Products that are damaged or returned after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
