SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Blavus LLC. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping
Order Processing & Customization Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. For customized items, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for personalization before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed further. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Lost Packages
Blavus LLC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
